She is survived by: her children, Wayne Surat (Pat) of Bijou Hills, SD, Carol Smith (Bob) of Upland, CA and Carmen Arrowood (Rick) of Woodbridge, VA.; and her grandchildren, Craig Winston (Bridgette), Lori Urbatsch (Bob), Wayne Surat Jr., Alana Johnson (Mike), Chrsiti Winterholler (Kelly), Robert Smith, Tim Smith, Sara Whitehead (Chris) and Dana Arrowood (Kelsey). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
