It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delyle Johnson of Platte, South Dakota, who passed away on September 23, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Clarence and Berniece Johnson (Gunderson); his brother Richard Johnson of Platte, SD; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Williamson and Robert Antonsen.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson of Platte, SD; his daughters, Jamelee Van Donge (Eric) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jacqueline Olsen (Jeffrey) of Platte, SD and Julie Storr (Patrick) of Pocahontas, IA; his grandchildren, Jordan Hoffman (Daniel) of Tulsa, OK, Joni Olsen (Brandon Jones) of Tulsa, OK, Jentre Olsen of Tulsa, OK, Jill Moret (Josh) of Platte, SD, Jackson Olsen of Platte, SD, Zach Storr (Sarah Kinrade) of Kansas City, MO, Nathan Storr of Ames, IA, Hudson, Lincoln and Beau Van Donge of Sioux Falls, SD; his great grandchildren, Grace, Gavin, Griffin Hoffman and Landry Moret; and his sisters, Ila Vae Antonsen of Platte, SD, Mary Beth Kuiper (Larry) of Platte, SD and Jeanenne Williamson of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
