He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Blunck and Lura Blunck (Bibbey); his wife Faye Blunck; his son Paul Blunck; his daughter-in-law Lisa Blunck; his grandson Adam Blunck; and his sisters, June, Elsie and Katy.
He is survived by: his former wife Arlene Menning; his children, Rodney (Rod), Jeffrey (Jeff), Rod Blunck (Jan) of Pella, IA, Denise Matthews (Rod) of Dubuque, IA and Jeff Blunck of Loveland, CO; his stepchildren, Rob Reiser (Cindy) of Platte, SD, Janelle Reiser of Mitchell, SD and Joe Reiser of Vermillion, SD; his sister Wilma Kite of Great Falls, MT; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Pranger of Platte, SD and Bill Pranger (Linda) of New Lennox, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
