He was predeceased by: his parents, Kars Pheifer and Anne Pheifer (Bultsma); his wife Helen Noteboom; his granddaughter Jessie Joy Pheifer; and his in-laws, John, Viola VanderTuin, Dennis, Doris Marcus and Stanley Noteboom.
He is survived by: his children, Twyla Kok (Terry) of Jenks, OK, Rod Pheifer (Jeanette) of Platte, SD, Randy Pheifer (Nancy) of Platte, SD and Curtis Pheifer (Kristi) of Platte, SD; his grandchildren, Taylor Kok (Tara), Tanner Kok, Brandi DeLange (Devin), Nicole VanZuidam (Rich), Brittney Veurink (Blake), Nakayla Pheifer, Rheanna Pederson (Zach), Kami Pheifer, Karleah VanderPol (Pearce), Chase Pheifer (Nicole) and Isabel Pheifer; his great grandchildren, LaTia, Leo, Louie DeLange, Nadia, Ahnali, Aidrik VanZuidam, Brynlee, Brayden Veurink, Bronson Burnham and Auden Pederson; his brother Terry Pheifer (Bea); and his in-laws, Clarice Devires (Bob), Wendell Noteboom (Judy) and Barb Noteboom.
