She is survived by: her husband Douglas Bultje; her children, Jerimy Bultje (Jeanie), Gina Bultje and James Bultje (Marsha); her grandchildren, Morgan Bultje, Elias Bultje, Moses Bultje and Eden Bultje; and her siblings, Robert Phillips Jr., Wayne Phillips (Jan), Michael Phillips (Janelle), Grayce Teves (Roy) and Dawn Schrader (Vern).
