It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Tobin (Plankinton, South Dakota), who passed away on October 26, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Thompson and Darlene Thompson (Hunter); her husband Clinton Darwin Tobin; her sisters-in-law, Katherine and Janet; and her great grandchild Shandra Marie Tobin.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Tobin (Sandy) of Plankinton, Sherry Staller (Joe) of Plankinton, Perry Tobin of Wessington Springs and Rick Tobin (Deb) of Woonsocket; her brother Norman Thompson (Betty) of Plankinton; and her sisters-in-law, Margene Thompson of Letcher and Margaret Tobin of Ethan. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, ten great step-grandchildren, and one step great-great-grandchild.
