He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pourier and Mamie Pourier (DuBray); his wife Cleo Pourier (Morgan); his children, Fawny Trueblood and Mike Janis; his siblings, Bud Pourier, Emery Pourier, Alphonso Pourier, Mary Clifford, Evelyn Cerny, Millie White, Doris Willis and Irene White; and his grandchildren, Michelle Pourier, Angel Little Whiteman, Lisa Brewer, Doyle Janis and Precious Pond.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Pourier, Mitchell Pourier (Georgine), Nellie Steele (Dean), Delmarie Pourier, Darrell Eagle Bull (Angie), Donita Little Whiteman (Taylor), Jennifer Janis (Art Ruff) and Zig Trueblood. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cathoilc Church (30236 US-18, Pine Ridge, SD 57770).
