He was predeceased by: his parent Bernard Richard, Sr.; his adoptive mother Angeline Black Eyes; his children, Myra Richards and Delbert Lee Richards; his stepson Clarence Leading Fighter; and his siblings, Goldie Calderone, Rachel Richards, Clara Richards, Larry Richards, William "Bill" Richards and Paula Black Eyes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Millie Vela of Visalia, CA, Lucy Moreno of Bakersfield, CA, Darlene Soto of Albuquerque, NM, Bernadine Richards of Phoenix, AZ, Carol Garcia of Louisville, TX, Ramona Smith of Paris, TX, Bernard Richards of Marting, SD and Don Prall of Torrington, WY; his children, Devin Richards, Wayne Richards and Reynold Richards, Jr.; his wife Rose Leading Fighter; his stepson Lee Adams (Justin Adams); and his grandchildren, Selena Richards, Deyjah Apple, Meriah Richards, Benny, Reianne and Beno Gareau.
A wake was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
