He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bad Wound II and LaVera Mesteth; his aunts and uncles, Verdell, Nelson, Wilmer, Louis, Sr., Phillip (Wally), Janice and Sandra Bush; his cousins, Sherri Means and Wilbert Means; his nephews, Michael, Caiden and Kyler; and his grandparents, Agnes, Josephine, Emma, Vera, Martha, James, Gary, Elgin, Sr. and Wesley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Bad Wound and Crystal Marcelino; his brothers-in-law, Adrian Good Buffalo and Gabe Marcelino; his nieces and nephews, LaVera, Adelise, Josslyn, Clay Jesse, Cristan, Gavin and Zuya; his cousin Sarah Means; his extended family Roger Campbell, Jr.; and also Samantha Means-Ashley.
A wake will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the American Horse School. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
