He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya and Tisha Clifford of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Ralph Clifford of Evansville, WI, Willard Clifford, Sr. of Martin, SD, Francis Clifford (Susan) of Valier, MT, Adam Clifford (Leslie) of Kyle, SD, Charlotte Young of Grand Prairie, TX, Susie Justus of Martin, SD and Anna Pulkrabek (Mike) of Black Hawk, SD; and also Herbert. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, and good friends.
