She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Boy and Darlene Elk Boy; her son Casey; and her sisters, Debbie Comes and Delores Comes.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Jack, Brian Jack, Quentin Jack, Cody Black Elk and Jodi Black Elk; and her husband James Zimmerman. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sioux Funeral Home (340 Oglala Ave, PINE RIDGE, SD 57772). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Mission Cemetery (Hwy 18, Pine Ridge, SD 57770).
