It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Wayne Rouillard (Pine Ridge, South Dakota), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Rouillard, Sr.; his aunts, Sandra Spider (Emerson), Carol Bravo (Chuck), Darlene Iron Boy and Elveina Pickett (Lloyd); his grandparents, Rudolph, Ida Tobacco (Jumping Bull), Samuel and Dorothy Rouillard (Stover); his siblings, Stacey Cedar Face, Melvin and Carey Rouillard; and his uncles, Gary Tobacco and Larry.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Tobacco; his siblings, Paul Cedar Face, Gina Tobacco, Bobbi Jo Tobacco, Billy, Sr., Samuel, Sr., Jesse, Audra Rouillard, Kelly, Samantha, Brandon Rouillard and William; his children, Kia Big Crow-Rouillard, Clarence Rouillard III, Cherish Rouillard, Kimimila, Mia, Lyric Brown Eyes and Adonis Hornbeck; his sisters, Brenda Bad Milk and Sunny Rae Hopes; his uncles, Lloyd "Ears" Rouillard, Sr. and Timmy; and his cousins, Danelle (Lawrence), Brian (Tammy), Juanita, Frank, Jr., Starr and April. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
