He was predeceased by: his father Marty Roan Eagle; his siblings, Grace, Angie Sutton and Lyle Sutton, Jr.; his granddaughter Hayden Thunder Hawk; his aunt Adele Faith White Dress (Peggy); his uncle Richard Walking, Sr.; his grandparents, Silas White Dress, Katie Walking, Norton Roan Eagle and Annie Mae Loafer; and his cousins, Michael Walking, Melissa Sloan, Neve, Ashley Returns From Scout and Travis White Dress.
He is survived by: his mother Delilah White Dress of Pine Ridge, SD; his grandchildren, Allaveyah, Bailee, Melody, Brielle, Renessme, Jordan, Kaydence and Lucki; his wife Tami Stone of Rapid City, SD; his sons, Farrell Thunder Hawk, Jr. of Rapid City, SD, Nia of Rapid City, SD, Ashley Thunder Hawk of Rapid City, SD and Krasean Leeds of Pine Ridge, SD; his siblings, Jessie Sutton of Denver, CO, Nora Roan Eagle, Spring Rose Martin, Edward and Dominic Roan Eagle of Oglala, SD; his godparents, Maggie Wounded and Stanley Walking, Sr.; his uncle Paul "Chili" White Dress of Cheyenne Creek; and his pets, Susanna Sutton I, Susanna Sutton II, Lahna Grass, Chandler Looks Twice, Izariyah Cannady and Izaire Cannady. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
