She is survived by: her daughter Brealla Rein Provost; her parents, Lori Janis and Casey Provost; her siblings, Casey Provost, Jr., Tanner Provost, Page Janis, Jasey Provost and Kaylee Provost; and her grandparents, Orren, Doreen Provost and Colleen White Butterfly. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
