He is survived by: his former spouse Dee Ackerman; his wife Delores L. Wheeler of Pierre; his daughters, Cheryl Stoeser (Randy) of Fort Pierre and Susan Wheeler of Rapid City; his stepdaughters, Debbie Neuberger of Encinitas, CA and Lori Shaffer of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Lucas Stoeser of Pierre, Tracy Frost (Aric) of Pierre, Dustin Shaffer of Aurora, CO and Trevor Shaffer of Rapid City; and his great grandchildren, Avry, Presley, Bentley Frost and Eli Stoeser.
