He was predeceased by: his siblings, Caroline Sherburne, Teddy Voigt, Karen Westlake and Herman Voigt; his brother-in-law Roger Jensen; and his grandson Ari Voigt.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl of Pierre; his children, Ted (Heather) of Pierre, Vernon, Little Jake and Joshua of Pierre; his sisters, Robin Cox (Brent) of Sturgis and Judy Black (Roger) of Sioux Falls; and his grandchildren, Landan, Laney, Cloey, Penny Lane, Marley and Alta.
