He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lohman and Blanche Lohman; his wife Dorothy Dixon; and his son Todd. He is survived by: his son Tim of Pierre; his grandchildren, Blake Lohman (Phuong), Nic Lohman, Lydia Johnson and Deni Hollingsworth Lohman (Shane); and his great grandchild Lola Hollingsworth.
