It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vern Armstrong (Pierre, South Dakota), who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Vaughn; his parents, Eugene Armstrong and Irene Armstrong; his sisters, JoAnne, Jan Sue and Barbara; his close friend Hope Harrison Higgins; and his children, Adam Eugene, Bailey Hope, Harrison Rose, Sarah Gail and Kristin Patricia.

Vern's family asks that guests wear a mask and bright colors.
