He is survived by: his mother Myrna Halls (Gillis) of Hot Springs; his children, Tim Halls (Toni) of Chadron, NE and Alicia Halls of Pierre, SD; and his siblings, Robert Halls (Terri) of Hot Springs, Thomas Halls (Cori) of Hot Springs, Beverly Schooley of Hot Springs and Sandra Larson (Rodney) of Rapid City. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
