She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Novak and Velma Novak (Keats); her siblings, Mary Bingen, Betty Palmer, Hank and William Novak; and her nephew Christopher Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denyse and Laura Olson; her granddaughters, Danielle Olson and Jynelle Chamberlain; and her great grandchildren, Rhyder, Mackinzie and Maverick. She is also survived by 14 family members, including her mother and father.
