He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Huckins and Gina Huckins (Swanson); his wife Beverly; and his siblings, Goldie Smith, John, Ruben, Earl, William, Joe and Frank.
He is survived by: his sister Violet Coon; and his children, Ellen Landrum (Lonnie), Scott Huckins (Pam), Kathy Schock (Charlie), Brian Huckins, Marc Huckins, Kent Huckins and Mary Huckins (Robb Heaton). He is also survived by grandfather are 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In his words, with a smile on his face, he said "Tell them I passed on to a different place with a sense of humor"In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
