He is survived by: his children, Eric (Susan) and Michelle; his granddaughters, Alexis, Emily and Grace; his great grandchild Destin Jude; his siblings, Casey Hoftiezer (Phyllis), Nancy Roberts and Joy Hoftiezer; his brother-in-law David Titze; and his nieces and nephews, Troy Titze (Tina), Heath Hoftiezer, Brandon Hoftiezer (Misty), Chris Roberts (Sarah), Derek Roberts (Savanna), Kirk Roberts (Shelby), Jerad Roberts, Jesse Seaman, Tami Klebe (Roger) and Brandi (Dave).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Countryside Hospice or Paws Animal Shelter.
