He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Robert; and his wife Virgie Hartford. He is survived by: his child Kris; his wife Sara; his children, Kristine Westall (Jeff) of Edina, MN, Joe Hartford (Deb) of Rapid City and Katie Johnson (Terry) of Pierre; his grandchildren, Hannah Westall, Clara Westall, Lucy Westall, Sophie Hartford, Grace Johnson, Ellie Johnson, Colton Hartford and Addie Johnson; and his siblings, Judy Hartford of Anacortes, WA, Devra Hart, Larry Hartford and Dave Hartford. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
