It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Vik (Pierre, South Dakota), who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Vik (Fredericksen) and Adolph O. Vik; his grandson-in-law Joshua Berry; and his siblings, Roger Vik, Margaret Rankin, Beverly Anshutz and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Pierre; his children, Steve Vik of Draper, Ken Vik (Cindy) of Hettinger, Kathy Fuoss (Dave) of Draper, Brian Vik (Linda) of Barnesville and Doug Vik of Weatherford, Texas; his grandchildren, Mike Fuoss (Lyranda) of Draper, Todd Fuoss of Pierre, Lori Nemec (Tim) of Midland, Amy Yeckel (Chris) of California, Keri Berry (Adair Hatheway) of Paris, Dean Vik (Kristina) of Columbus and Megan Vik of Trondheim, Norway; and his sister Eleanor Miller of Pierre. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
