He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Lue Lewis; and his brothers, Jerry Harber and Bill Harber. He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Hanna; his children, Jon, Mandy and Marion; his brother Danny Lewis; and also Bayle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous other family members.
