She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph T. Kirley and Phyllis Kirley (Huebner). She is survived by: her spouses, Fred Hoag and Roy Ramser; her children, Josh Hoag (Amy Koester) of Aberdeen, Jeremy Hoag (Kayla) of Aberdeen, Randi Ramser of Pierre and Glen Ramser of Hartford City, IN; her grandchildren, Morgan, Ethan, Greydan, Addylan Hoag, Sydney, Alexis, James Hoag, Bailee Ramser and Roy Ramser; and her siblings, Mike Kirley (Kim) of Louisiana, Nancy Logan (Steve) of Colorado, Mary Nelson of Nebraska, Patty Knox (Wes) of Pierre and Bill Kirley (Pam) of California. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Hospice in Pierre.
