He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carroll and Hazel Carroll (Hart); and his brothers, Mike Carroll and Tommy Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Titze; his close friend Paulette Stotz of Pierre; his children, Brian Carroll of Castlewood, SD, Mike Carroll of Fort Pierre, Anna Rutherford (Mike) of Highlandville, MO and Norman Carroll (Brandy) of Fort Pierre; and his siblings, Simon Carroll (Janet) of Pierre and Stella Van Loh (Jim) of Montana. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
