He is survived by: his sons, Jack Eldon and Jack Hawkins; his parents, Jerry Hawkins and Sheryl Hawkins; his sisters, Kim, Paxton, Amy, Fitzke, Nikki Bothwell, Warne, Pierre, Risë, Waldera, Sarah, Brian and Brad Mews; and also San. He is also survived by 16 nieces & nephews, 10 great nieces & nephews.
