She is survived by: her husband Lyman Chase of Pierre; her children, Lori Day (Randy Lee) of Sioux Falls, Teresa Summerfield of Castle Rock, CO, Darren Chase (Lana) of Ft. Pierre and Susan Nagel (Roger) of Castle Rock, CO.; her siblings, Dallas Foglesong of Huron, SD and Marlene; her brother-in-law Jerry Shantz of Pierre; her grandchildren, Samantha Holm (Derek Ashford), Alan Holm (CJ), Lukas, Logan, Olivia Chase and Jessie Summerfield; and her great grandchild Aislynn Ashford.
The family requests that memorials be made to Avera at Home Hospice in Pierre.
