He is survived by: his wife Jane Metzinger; his sons, Jeff Metzinger (Pamela) of Pierre, Mark Metzinger (Marge) of Pierre and Darrell Metzinger (Michelle) of Pierre; and his sisters, MaryLou Meadors, Sally Metzinger, Linda Brooks (Tim), Wanda White (Mel), Susan Culberson (John) and Joan Baker (Greg). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
