She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Osterkamp and Edna Osterkamp (Gandy); her husband Darrell Welch; and her siblings, Norma Ogan and Duane Osterkamp.
She is survived by: her son Kirby; and her grandchildren, Willie and Tobie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Resurrection Lutheran Church in Pierre.
