He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Haskins and Selma Haskins; his wife Bernice Nadine Eskew; and his daughter Leonda. He is survived by: his children, Patty Ogan (Michael) and Rex Haskins (LeAnn); his son-in-law Terry Beastrom of Pierre; his grandchildren, Colin Ogan (Sara), Krista Stevens (Douglas), Justin Ogan (Roseanna), Jesse Beastrom (Sarena), Derrick Haskins and Lindsey Philips (TJ); his great grandchildren, Ethan Ogan, Nyah Ogan, Corbin Beastrom, Cooper Beastrom, Maddox Ogan, Stella Beastrom, Kady Ogan, Kuyper Philips and Brooklyn Philips; and his sisters-in-law, Charline Schantz and Verla Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
