He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Lantz and Gladys Lantz (Henriksen). He is survived by: his wife Denise Lantz; his son Lawrence Lantz (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Naomi (Joshua), Hannah, Daniel, Lydia, Martha and Luke; his son Dr. Leonard Lantz (Krista David); his granddaughter Lucy; his stepson David Smith (Paula); his stepgrandchildren, Jared and Jessica (David); his stepson Derryl Smith (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Gunner and Amanda (Justin); his sister Nola Rae (Michael); and also, Whittaker, Maren, Luke and Nolan.
