He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Moncrief and Doris Moncrief (Houlden); his daughters, Kristi Auch (Richard) and Karol Bredenkamp (Troy); his grandchildren, Mason, Tate, Truman and Karsyn; his siblings, Keith Moncrief (Kathy Scanlon) and Jean Schendt (Eugene); his stepsiblings, Sharon Smith (Gary), Marlene Hoover (Ron), Laura Moncrief and Larry Moncrief (Mary); and his aunts, Barbara and Elaine. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“No words can express how sorry I was to hear of Ken's passing. We had lots of grand times remembering events regarding SD. I know he will be missed. I will miss the reunions during the Gosper County Fairs. It was great seeing him with all the other friends and relatives that were able to get together around their campers.”
