She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton "Bud" Smith and Lela Smith (Selleck); her son Glen Perry; her sister Sharon Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Glen and Veta Perry.
She is survived by: her husband David Perry; her daughter Laura Hogue (Colin); her daughter-in-law Darlis Perry; and her siblings, Steven Smith (Cindy), Marge Koll, Patricia Sterling and Nancy Sietsema (Dan). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to PAWS Animal Rescue or the Alzheimer's Association.
