She is survived by: her former spouse Landis Weaver; her husband Monte Farnsworth; her children, Michael Weaver, Thomas Weaver (Danni Barry), Ian Farnsworth (Nicole) and Sarah Farnsworth; her grandchildren, Katy Beth, Alex W., Blake, Austin, Alex Z., Connor, Hailey and Aaliyah; and her siblings, Bunnies, Don Gardner (Lynnda), Thomas Gardner, Bill Gardner (Jessie), Susan Gregory, Jan Deuter (Casey) and Jacque Williams (Paul).
