She was predeceased by: her father Carlton Meade Windsor. She is survived by: her mother Edna Ellen Todd; her sons, Clinton Bruce (Judy) and Scott Windsor; her family Judy; her aunt Anita Windsor; her brother Carlton Windsor Jr.; her nephew John Windsor (Scott); her sister-in-law Shirley Windsor of Trappe, MD; her nephews, Meade Windsor of Easton, MD. and Todd Windsor of Easton, MD.; her husband Bill (Bill); her children, Stuart (Buffy) of Rapid City, SD and Laura Slowey (Dan) of Yankton, SD; her daughter-in-law Tammy Martin; and her grandchildren, Tabor (Jasmine), Miranda, Allison Martin, Mason, Austyn Martin, Jackson, Samuel and Gabriel Slowey. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Home (3408 E 10th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57103). A prayer was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (400 S Roosevelt Ave, Pierre, SD 57501).
