Manning and Inez Manning (Losey); his brothers, Don, Robert (Bob), Joseph (Joe) and William Manning (Bill); his parents-in-law, Edwin and Leonora Hulbert; his siblings-in-law, Diane Manning, Alta Manning and George Hulbert; and his nephews, Mark Manning and Tommy Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Hulbert of John's Catholic Church; his daughters, Melissa Manning (Tom Weihoff) of Pierre and Amy Hinker (Neal) of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Hayden Heckenlaible of Sturgis, Jasmyn and Raniesa Mattke of Aberdeen; his siblings, Jean Ricketts (Robert) of Ft. Pierre and Michael Manning (Mike) of Yankton; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Manning, Jane Manning, Bonnie Westover, Sharon Burgstahler and Jim Hulbert (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
