He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Stephens and Lillian Stephens; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Streich (Laing); his siblings, Charles Stephens (Sandy), Dennis Stephens, Cheryl Savell (Lee) and Dena Johnston (John); his sons, Theron Stephens (Kelli) and Travis Stephens (Sheila); his grandchildren, Ashley Stephens, Carly Stephens and Kolton Stephens; his stepgrandson Justin Davey; and his great grandchildren, Vienna Stephens, Kason Pineo and Kline Stephens.
