He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Neuberger (Gothman) and Carl Neuberger; his parents-in-law, Carl and Eileen Ronfeldt; his nephews, Travis Ronfeldt and Michael Cichon; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Metzger, Florence Felton, Dorothy Pastian, Norman Ronfeldt, Gary Metzger and Bob Pastian.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Ronfeldt Opbroek; his sister Sharon Lenger; his children, April Hodges (Darin), Mathew Opbroek, Clay Opbroek, Michael Opbroek (Nicole), Christine Sands (Jason) and Brad Krause (Paula); and his grandchildren, Luke, Seth, Zach Hodges, Christopher, Isabella, Cassandra, Michelina Opbroek, Ethan, Conor Opbroek, Barrett, Soren Opbroek, Nathan, Andrew, Patrick, Nicholas, Chloe Sands and Coleton Krause.
