He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Bartholomew (Mary), Gerald Bartholomew, Christina Whitley (Chad), Jason Bartholomew and Johanna Bartholomew; and his siblings, Julie Curry, Lola Fox, Gerald Bartholomew, Glenn Bartholomew, Patrick Fox, Timothy Hymer and Paul Eiselstein. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
