He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Werpy-Rye (Radel); his wife Anne Karen Storsteen of Brookings; his children, Bret (Andie) of Brookings, Kristen (Isaac Harris) of Sioux Falls and Kelsey of Brookings; his brothers, Matt Werpy (Megan) of Rapid City and Aaron Werpy (Jena) of Brookings; his in-laws, Karen Storsteen of Webster, John Storsteen of McCool Junction, NE, Jill Weber (Nathan) of Mitchell and Mary Dieken (Conrad) of Mankato, MN; and his niece Taryn Weber. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
