She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Block and Florence Block (Mantifel); her stepfather Vernon Dame; and her brother Dennis Block. She is survived by: her former husband Garry Van Sweringen; her husband Darrol Bjerke; her children, David "Dave" Van Sweringen (Amy) and Christy "Chris" Seidler (Shannon) of Garrison, ND; her stepdaughter Cindy Paul (Pierre); her grandchildren, Alicia Bittner (Corey) of Garrison, Cole Seidler (Katelyn) of Garrison, Brooke Seidler of Garrison, Christopher Paul, Stephanie Paul and Pierre; and her great grandchild Elliana Paul.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Wings of Mercy, Maple Grove, MN, or Avera Home Health/Hospice, Pierre, SD.
