We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to James Baloun of Pierre, South Dakota, born in Highmore, South Dakota. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Baloun and Roberta Baloun (McQuown); and his brothers, Bob and Bill. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Knights of Columbus, Joe Keller, Hugh Mack, Matt Weller, Clergy and Reverend Darin Schmidt; his wife Betty of Pierre; his children, Joe (Sheila Reed) of Omaha, NE, Jill Franzel (Ken) of Longmont, CO, Bryan (Jennifer) of Rapid City, SD, Brad of Algona, IA, Tom (Staci) of Spearfish and Trisha Jungwirth (Jason) of Pierre; his sister Donna Woodring; and his sister-in-law Sherry Baloun. He is also survived by seventeen loving grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
