Mullenix of Pierre, SD; his daughter Stacy L. Carter; his brother Terry D. Mullenix; his daughter Jessica Voice; his grandchildren, Breyton, Liam Carter, Kolby Conklin, Jordan "Pokerface" Howell and Audra; his aunt Velma Fleury; and his uncle Ronnie Wounded Knee. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, family, and friends.
