He was predeceased by: his parents, George Finlay and Allie Fae Finlay (Moore); and his son Troy Dean. He is survived by: his son Patrick Cleveland (Nicki) of Pierre; his brothers, James Finlay of Goliad, TX and Clarence Robinson of Goliad, TX; his grandchildren, Khia and Kezrey; and his great grandchildren, Daniel, Isaiah and Zayden.
