It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Lawhon (Pierre, South Dakota), born in Grandin, Missouri, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Desich and Ann Desich; her husband Walter Lawhon (Ray); her son Kenneth (Dick); and her sister Clara.
She is survived by: her sons, James and Terry (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Jeff (Joanie), Tanya (Troy), Katie (JonPaul), Amy (Jeff), Jennifer (Dustin) and Shelby (Craig); her great grandchildren, Drew, Cole, Josh, Cora (Todd), Savanah, Connor, Hannamae, Grace, Alison, Brody, Blake and Weston; her great great grandchildren, Ashton, Turner and Kellen; and her nieces, Polly and Patty. She is also survived by her sons, grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Countryside Hospice of Pierre in memory of Freda Lawhon.
