He is survived by: his fiancée Myra Conklin; his daughter Brenda Van Dyne (Tom); his grandchild Jaymes Marie; his daughter Anna Humphrey (Allen); his grandson Ronald Machan Jr.; his great grandchild Aiden; his grandchildren, Sandi Helm (Dave), Cody Humphrey (Camille) and Travis Humphrey (Tessa); his great grandchild Emily; his brother Alfred Johnson; his aunt Norma Johnson; his pet Peanut; and also Allen Humphrey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
