With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Bies (Pierre, South Dakota), born in Redfield, South Dakota, who passed away on October 15, 2018 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard William Francis and Mildred Alice Bies (Vellek); his aunt Bonnie Reisch; his stepfather John C. Smith; his sister Faye Steely (Bies); and his half-sister Avis Marie Keith.
He is survived by: his niece Fawn Marie (Steely); and his pet Windsor.
In lieu of flowers memorial cans be sent to the American Legion Post 20 in Ft. Pierre.
