She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Kirkie, Sr. and Laura Mae Harrison; her daughter Mary Ellen; and her siblings, Leon Kirkie, Jr., Ronald Kirkie, Sr., Menia Kirkie Mann and Ivadell "Ivy" Kirkie Head (Joseph Marquez).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Marquez; her children, Kimberly, Robles, Leonard Leon Marquez, Joycetta Morris and Maria Golan; and her siblings, Elnita Rank, Richard Kirkie and Melby Kirkie. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
